Nazak Birjandifar is a Ph.D. candidate at the Institute of Islamic Studies at McGill University in Montreal. She was the 2012-2013 Community Chair in WGST's Targeted Teaching Initiative. She will be teaching Women in Islam for the second time in Spring 2014.

David Tager is a psychologist at the MU Student Health Center with an interest in the impact of gender roles and expectations on the well-being of individuals, couples and families. He will be teaching WGST 3270 Themes in Masculinities: Men of Steel and Silk: The Impact of Masculine Norms on Men's Lives in Spring 2014.

Sara Gable, Ph.D. is an Associate Professor and State Extension Specialist in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology. She studies child care policy and is transitioning her research on the causes and consequences of weight problems during childhood to discovering new ways to socialize healthy habits among preschoolers.
