Undergraduate AdvisingIn Women's and Gender Studies there are two advisors:Kibby SmithKibby Smith is your general College of Arts and Sciences academic advisor. She is a full-time professional who can advise you on courses you need to fulfill the general education requirements for the College of Arts and Sciences.
Dr. Rebecca DingoDr. Dingo is the Director of Undergraduate Studies for the Women's and Gender Studies department. Dr. Dingo provides advising for the B.A. emphasis area or undergraduate minor in WGST, in addition to teaching and research. You should consult her on issues related specifically to your WGST B.A. or minor. More specifically she will assist you in choosing WGST courses and approving related courses to complete your B.A. emphasis area or minor. All WGST B.A. students and minors are required to meet with Dr. Dingo to establish an initial program by completing the required forms. Any program changes and the completed B.A. or minor program form must be reviewed by and signed by a department advisor prior to applying for graduation.
