Voices is a biannual print newsmagazine published by the University of Missouri Women's and Gender Studies Department. It contains interviews, fiction, poetry, nonfiction, letters, research, and achievements of our faculty & affiliates.

For a free subscription, email us with your name and full postal address. If you have an MU campus address, we would prefer to mail to that address.

We encourage scholarly and creative submissions from students and faculty of all universities, as well as writers outside the university community. Submissions should not exceed 1,000 words and citations should follow MLA format. We will accept both hard copy and electronic submissions. Direct Inquiries and/or send submissions to:
